While the courier is present We will make sure your experience is much better with in minutes.
- Exchange is allowed with in one hour of the courier departure
- Any exchange after the courier leaves within the one hour call will take place after checking the product and making sure it is not affected in any way and can be stocked again
Exchanging or returning the product after 1 hour of the courier departure is not allowed.
Your guarantee starts at the delivery day and extended for 6 months (any industrial issue is included at the guarantee)
To activate the guarantee You can visit the location and get your product checked within 30 minutes, Or order the check online.
A courier will come to you and take the product, once the product in the company with be checked with in 24 hours, and will inform you with the check results.
The process can take up to 3 working weeks
If the product is eligible for guarantee all fixing fees and delivery will be free
When the product reaches it`s target on the body and the measurement of the client goes down.
The client has the right to ask for resizing the product for Fees starts at 150 LE + the delivery two times.
