How do I choose the right model for my body?
Contact us and our size specialist will help you choose the best model for your needs (postpartum, gym, full body, and more).
How do I know my correct size?
After placing your order, a size specialist will call within 24 hours to confirm your perfect size. You can also choose from the size chart and we will confirm it with you.
(Note): In some cases, we may contact you outside working hours.
How does the shaper work on my body? And when will the results appear?
The shaper gives an instant effect when worn, and with daily consistency, results and measurement changes can appear in about 3 weeks.
How many hours should I wear it per day?
For best results, wear it daily for 8 to 10 hours.
Are there any products for mothers (after childbirth)?
Yes. We offer Post C-Section and Post Normal Birth models, plus maternity bras for support and lift.
Can I check the order before paying?
Yes. You can inspect your order and try the fit before paying to check the material, design, size, and color.
What is the shipping policy? And when will the order be sent?
Orders are shipped within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed on holidays/non-working days are processed the next business day.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. Your warranty starts on the delivery day and lasts 6 months, covering manufacturing defects.
